This was my first chocolate fondant 3 tier cake, and it turned out great. They requested the botton 2 tiers be fake, and planned on cutting the top cake for pictures. Then I made sheet cakes that were cut and served to their guests. They wanted the wedding cake to have the look of fondant for pics, but they wanted the cake and icing to taste great for their guests.
